Heating Tune-up including the following:
  • inspection of the heat exchanger
  • gas pressures
  • fan motor and capacitor
  • vacuum tubing ports

  • flame assembly
  • blower motor

  • carbon monoxide levels

Furnaces will be checked during the Fall and Winter seasons. Air Conditioners and heat pumps will be checked during the Spring and Summer seasons. Maintenance visits are performed during normal business hours.
